Competition? Nope, Domination!
“If you want to win, drop the past trends. Genius creates new trends and the crowd follows the past.”
― Amit Ray, Walking the Path of Compassion
Recently, I attended three conferences consecutively. At the conferences with the exception of one EMR provider, the rest of us had productive conversations about the field, our progress serving you, our priority.
Most of the software providers are friendly and genuinely interested in contributing to the field of human service. It is exciting and rewarding when we all discuss our plans in delivering and contributing to the field a great product.
At Zencharts we are extremely passionate and proud of how we have helped to move the older and the new software companies to innovate and expand their thinking and products. More importantly, we have helped to force everyone to address their pricing model!
As a Social Worker and Social Entrepreneur it is an honor and a privilege to serve you and to be fair! We are obsessed with overpromising and overproducing!
During my recent conversations with the other service providers, Zencharts pricing came up. Some were bold enough to point out that we are killing them financially. Actually, suggesting that we bump our pricing.
However, our model is set up to provide the best service at a reasonable price. Our focus on “configuration” over “customization” allows us to share in the expense of meeting everyone’s needs. It is working, and because of that, our newest version is closer to launch and that will take your agency even further along than your current version.
Our commitment to you has always been and will always be to provide the best product at the most reasonable expense to you. We are more committed than ever and we are enjoying leading the charge and watching the others try to match our product! Leaders lead and leaders understand that win-win is the approach that the field of human service deserves.
Unfortunately, the other software providers think we are their competition. But they fail to realize that we are not here to compete, we are here to dominate and change the field…
